Kwara FA Calls Stakeholders’ Meeting

In the light of the ongoing developments in the spread of COVID-19 across Nigeria and the effects on football, Kwara State Football Association has invited representatives of football council’s, management of elite clubs and all affiliated bodies to attend a stakeholders meeting on Tuesday 14 July, 2020, to discuss critical issues.

Chairman of the Association, Malam Idris Abdullahi Musa Thuraya explained the rationale of the planned meeting billed for the Secretariat of Kwara FA is in two fold.

Discussions will include the recent decision from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to end the domestic competitions, including the AITEO Federation Cup and football development in the Kwara.

He called on concerned stakeholders to be available and noted the meeting will be held with full compliance of Covid-19 precautionary measures as mandated by the Federal Government.
