Kelly Ufodiama delivered a commanding performance in the women’s sprints at the American Conference Indoor Championships in Birmingham, winning both her 60m and 200m prelim heats with ease.

In the 60m, Ufodiama clocked a swift 7.27 seconds to claim a clear heat victory, showcasing explosive acceleration and flawless technique.
She then carried that momentum into the 200m, recording a season’s best of 22.89 seconds to lead all 12 heats.
Her dominance was evident, as she was nearly a full second faster than the closest heat winners, underscoring her status as one of the standout sprinters of the championships.
With both finals ahead, Ufodiama is now firmly positioned as a favorite for double sprint glory.
