Just In: Vandrezzer Coach Rushed To Hospital

Vandrezzer FC today notifies the fans and supporters that the Head Coach, Rafael Everton is hospitalized.

The Coach recently returned from a trip to Ogwashi-Ukwu in Delta State, where the team picked a point in their matchday one encounter with Delta Force FC in the ongoing Nigeria National League 2020/21 Season.

Coach Everton was last night, upon return from the evening training session with the players, rushed to the Club’s approved retainer hospital after suddenly clutching his chest, complaining of pains in the chest. He is currently admitted for further investigations and observation at the hospital.

Consequently, Coach Madaki, who recently joined the team as Assistant coach has been directed to take over as Acting Head coach of the first team and mandated to see the players to the upcoming league match as we play host to Nilayo FC on Matchday two at our home stadium in Agege Township Stadium on Saturday.

Madaki will be ably assisted by Ex-Nigerian international and former Akwa United Technical Adviser, Coach Patrick Udoh.

Do join us to pray and wish Coach Everton a speedy recovery. He would subsequently observe a period of bed rest while he recuperates.
