In the Women’s Junior category, Osaretin Godwin powered her way to a silver medal, while teammate Divine Ogbe followed closely to claim bronze, showcasing Nigeria’s rising talent at youth level. Meanwhile, in the Women’s Elite division, experienced cyclist Ese Ukpeseraye delivered a commanding ride to secure silver, adding to her growing list of international podium finishes.

Omnium: Cycling’s Ultimate Test

Nigeria’s campaign in Cairo is far from over. Later today, four cyclists will represent the nation in the 1km Time Trial, another high-intensity event that promises more excitement—and potentially more medals—for Team Nigeria.
