The Lagos-born player previously played for Caracas FC, where he made 68 appearances, scoring 15 goals and providing 12 assists. He also had a short loan spell at Moroccan club Wydad AC in early 2024.
The forward, also known by the nickname “Wedingo,” rose to prominence through the Lagos Supremacy Cup in Nigeria before moving abroad.
His performances during the 2024–25 season convinced Eupen to secure his services on a long-term basis as they continue to strengthen their squad for promotion contention.
Oguns primarily plays as a left winger or centre-forward and brings speed, creativity, and versatility to Eupen’s attacking options. The deal marks another step forward in his professional career, and he becomes one of the latest Nigerian exports to secure a permanent move to Europe.
