Joseph Dosu FC Prodigy Okere Ebube Wisdom has taken a major step in his career after officially signing his first professional contract with North Macedonian side FK Tikveš.
The promising winger joins the Macedonian First Football League club from Lagos-based Dosu Joseph Football Academy, marking his transition from grassroots football in Nigeria to the European professional stage.
The move forms part of FK Tikveš’s squad updates ahead of the 2025/2026 season.
Ebube attracted international attention following an impressive showing at the 1xCup Nigeria, where he emerged as one of the standout performers for Dosu Joseph FC.
He played a key role in guiding the team to a third-place finish, earning a ₦3,000,000 prize after a 2–1 victory over Nath Boys FC in the bronze medal match.
Ebube was also named Man of the Match during the wildcard stage, thanks to his electric wing play, incisive dribbles, and a decisive penalty won. His exploits helped Dosu Joseph FC secure the tournament’s “Highlight of the Tournament” award.
Ebube was previously part of Nigeria’s U-17 setup, the Golden Eaglets, during the 2022/2023 cycle.
While he featured prominently in the qualifying rounds, he missed the 2023 U-17 AFCON finals after failing an MRI age test.
Despite that setback, the winger has remained focused on his development, and his move to FK Tikveš in 2026 represents a significant milestone and a fresh opportunity to establish himself at the professional level in Europe.
With his pace, flair, and attacking instincts, Ebube Wisdom will be aiming to make an immediate impact as he begins this new chapter in North Macedonia.
