Nigerian teenage attacker Johnson Agwom Dauda has completed a move to Czech top-flight club Slovan Liberec from Serbian side FK Novi Pazar, marking another significant step in the youngster’s rapidly developing career.
The 19-year-old winger has signed for the Czech club after making an impressive breakthrough in Serbian football, with reports putting the transfer fee at around €800,000.

Slovan Liberec confirmed the signing, describing Agwom as an investment in potential and highlighting his qualities as a wide attacking player. The club’s general director, Jan Nezmar, said the Nigerian possesses the attributes required to adapt to Czech football and eventually make an impact on the European stage.
Agwom was born on May 4, 2007, and joined Novi Pazar’s youth setup in 2025 before progressing into the senior team. He quickly established himself in the Serbian SuperLiga, making seven appearances in the opening weeks of the 2026/27 season and providing one assist.
His performances have already attracted attention beyond Serbia. In May, Agwom scored his first professional goal against Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade, helping Novi Pazar secure a memorable 2-1 victory away from home.
The youngster now moves to Slovan Liberec, where he will continue his development in the Czech Republic’s top division.
The transfer represents another important opportunity for Agwom to gain experience in European football and further establish himself as one of Nigeria’s emerging attacking talents.
For the Nigerian youngster, the move from Novi Pazar to Liberec is another major step in a career that is only beginning to gather momentum.
