New signing at NK Bravo of Slovenia, James Inyere Arinze has declared that he is aiming for a bigger impact at his new base than he had during his days with FC Midtjylland of Denmark, where he grew through their youth squad into the senior ranks.
Sports247 reports that the 20-year-old midfielder, who helped Midtjylland win back-to-back Danish U19 titles, joins Bravo on a long-term deal that will run until the end of the 2027/2028 season, with an option to extend for an additional year.
After developing through Midtjylland’s highly regarded youth academy, Arinze became one of the club’s standout players, which Bravo hope he will continue to showcase, while expecting him to create a huge impact in Slovenian football.
Arinze shares the same aspirations, as he declared emphatically that his target is to win titles with his new club, whose base he revealed already excites him, and he is of a strong view that he has arrived into the right environment for club honours.
“I am very happy and proud to have become a member of NK Bravo and started a new chapter in my career. Ljubljana is a wonderful city and I am looking forward to getting to know a new culture and environment.
“I want to work hard at Bravo, progress as a footballer and help the club achieve its goals. From day one, I will give my all for the club, my teammates and the fans,” said Arinze, who hit three goals in five games during the 2024/2025 UEFA Youth League.
