Iya Adura Esther Ajayi Storm LA-SUBEB! Commends Sanwoolu, Meets Alawiye King, congratulates Dayo Israel, pledge support for Basic Education Infrastructures in Lagos

Global Philantropist and Woman of God, Revd Mother Esther Ajayi today visited The Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) to felicitate with one of the newly appointed Board Members, Hon Dayo Israel; and to see how her foundation can complement the good works of the Babajide Sanwoolu administration and the Alawiye King led SUBEB.

In her remark while addressing the Management Officials at the SUBEB Boardroom, the woman of God said “I am a fan of HE Sanwoolu. Government must not be left alone with the job of providing social welfare to the poor and less privilege.

As citizens, especially privileged citizens, we must go beyond paying our taxes, to supporting people in communities around us and everywhere God leads us. Also I am happy for Bro Dayo, I wanted to come and celebrate with him on his appointment and pray for him”.

In his response, Hon Israel commended Iya Adura for her continuous prayers and support. “I am very grateful that Mama out of her busy schedule found time to come celebrate with me, and also to use the opportunity to identify schools she can adopt and renovate or rebuild. She is a Mother Theresa in this generation and history will be kind to her”, he said.

While receiving the prayer woman in his office, the SUBEB chairman and former 2 time house of Assembly Member Hon Wahab Alawiye King commended Iya Adura for her good works and used the opportunity to call on other philanthropist to come on board to support SUBEB in achieving its vision.

The prayerful woman was then led by Hon Israel to visit St Agnes Primary School KOSOFE, St Francis Primary School KOSOFE, Maryland Primary School KOSOFE, St Peters Primary School Oyingbo, Mt Carmel Primary School Oyingbo, Catholic Primary School Oyingbo, and Apostolic Primary School in Ebute-Metta to inspect the states of the schools and the type of intervention required.
