Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort (Hospitality) Limited has completed a landmark international acquisition, assuming full ownership of Interlink and taking complete control of its assets and subsidiaries, including Club Deportivo Atlético Berja of Berja, Andalusia, Spain. The acquisition took effect from 29 January 2026.

Strategic Expansion into European Football

New Leadership, Renewed Vision
Following the takeover, an Extraordinary General Assembly of Atlético Berja was convened at the Salva Sevilla Municipal Stadium in full compliance with the club’s statutes. The Assembly unanimously approved a comprehensive restructuring of the club’s Board of Directors to align with the new ownership and strategic direction.

All legal documentation is being executed before a notary to ensure full compliance with Spanish football and corporate regulations, while the outgoing Board completes a transparent and orderly handover process.
