Ikeja Super League: Our Match Against Smart City Would Be Difficult Says Flexy Coach

Head Coach of Flexy Soccer Academy, Washington Egor has confessed that their match against Smart City Football Club on Saturday would be difficult.

Flexy boys would welcome Smart City in the ongoing Ikeja Divisional Football Association Super League at Isheri Ojodu Berger field, Lagos.

Egor in a chat with sports247.ng admitted that the current form of his team is worrisome but predicted a tough game for his team.

“My team are not strong like when we started the league. Presently five of my key players are injured and they would not be on duty against Smart City. We lost our last game and we cannot afford to lose another match. It is going to be a difficult match for us because Smart is looking strong and good presently,” he said.

Egor popularly called Black Mourinho boasted that he would do everything to get a desirable result against Smart City saying that anything short of victory would not be acceptable to the club fans.

“We want to give our opponents a run for their money and I am aware that they are coming to revenge defeat they suffered against us in their home but I will do everything to fight to the finish,” he said.

The dark-skinned coach who doubles as chairman of Flexy said his boys are motivated and they are ready to give their best comes Saturday. He disclosed their defeat recently in the league would spur his boys to wreak havoc when they confront Smart City in their next home match.
