Ighalo and team mates must wash their own kits themselves when they return to training

Odion Ighalo and his Manchester United fellows will have to take up more responsibilities ahead of the proposed return to training on May 18, which include varieties of health conscious activities along side washing their own kits as well.

As there are little hopes for football to return back to England after the unplanned stop of action because of the covid19. Various precautionary measure need to be taken. The Red Devils are preparing for the Premier League to return on June 8 with a mini pre-season lasting three weeks.

There are high expectations for social distancing as the United players will have to keep their distance from each other at all times. Strict social distancing measures will see Odion Ighalo and other Manchester United players have to drive to the club’s Carrington base alone, work in small groups and then shower at home.

Although FIFA medics have advised that the English league should be cancelled just like their French counterpart did and prepare for the next season but the case is not looking like so at all.

United players will also have to take their own dirty kit home because the usual laundry facilities aren’t available at the club.

One of Manchester United player, Scott McTominay spoke about the already spoilt lifestyle they have enjoyed at Old Trafford for a long time now. “You hear the stories about getting the life of luxury at Manchester United and people take that for granted, like the food in the canteen, your kit being laid out for you every morning.

“People just expect that and you have to always remember where you come from in that respect and always appreciate what people do for you.”

As activities in English football are geared up to resume, a lot is expected off both players and management of various clubs as high precautionary measure are extremely expected to reduce the spread of the corona virus.
