Kowope FC began the 8th Edition of Ibro-Peckham Football Competition campaign in emphatic fashion with a 3-1 victory over Femmco Feedersvand a narrow win against NRC FC at the Champions Arena, NUD Playing Ground Olose
Kowope FC forward, Fowotade Saheed was the standout performer, scoring the decisive goal in the first half for a comfortable 1–0 lead at halftime.

Kowope boys continued their dominance after the restart, NRC FC with several changes couldn’t manage their slim chances utilised to settle for a draw despite Kowope FC reduced to 10 men with the center back Aleshinloye getting his second booking.
The win puts Kowope at the top of the standings in Group F and stands as the first team to qualify for the Round of 16 at the 8th Edition of Ibro-Peckham Football Competition.
