Enyimba Football Club of Aba have announced the appointment of Yemi Olanrewaju popularly called “Yema” or “Star Coach” as an assistant coach to Ex-international Finidi George Sports247 reports.
After resigning from his post as interim coach of Nigeria National League side, Vandrezzer FC, Yema was appointed to work closely with Finidi to aid the revival of the People’s Elephants.
“Yema is someone I have known for some time now. He is passionate about his job and has a positive mindset. He has very good qualities that will bring value to the team, so I’m very happy to have him around,” Finidi said on his new assistant.
Yemi Olanrewaju is currently an assistant coach of U17 WAFU B champions, Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets and formerly worked with Magete and MFM FC.
