Depros FC midfielder, Justice Nwogu put up a superb performance against Jumez International FC to earn himself the Haggai Man of the match.
The De Pros midfielder rescued his team by giving them an away 0-1 victory against Jumez International FC in week 9 of the Fusion Football Championship League at Legacy Pitch National Stadium Surulere, Lagos.
In his reaction after the full-time whistle, he said:
“I thank the coaches for telling me what to do in the midfield for me to have become the man of the match”.
“I understood the way they asked me to play and I analyzed it very well, so I think that was what gave me an edge over every other teammate.
” He continued by saying; as long as we are back on the winning race we will keep winning until we get to the first position of the championship”.
Such a professional display from Justice Nwogu coupled with a solid defensive midfield could go a long way in driving the team to the next stage of the Fusion Football Championship. We look forward to their next match.
