The management, officials, coaches, and players of FROLTISH Football Academy of Ijesha Express, Lagos, are relishing their ability to end 2025 with another trophy in their cabinet.
This was disclosed by the academy’s president, Friday Ebeye, who told Sports247 that their latest trophy was gained from a major competition at Nathaniel Idowu Field in the Ajegunle area of Lagos.

Although the trophy is for placing third in the competition at the arena that is more commonly known as ‘Maracana Pitch,’ the Italy-based former midfielder said it was heartwarming that the organizers gave cups for the top three spots.
He acknowledged further that the presentation was done after their opponents for the third-place match, Omoh FC apparently took it for granted and arrived late.
Ebeye reasoned that the opposing squad decided to arrive late only because they were scared of his team and knew that they stood no chance against FROLTISH Football Academy.
“We are happy that we won a cup to end 2025, and it came on the same day we held our end of year get-together.
“That shows how much God loves this academy, and He wants to reward us for our untiring efforts,” Ebeye enthused.
