A former right-full-back in the intermidiate squad of a now defunct Lagos-based youth development project, National Grassroots Dream Team, Seun Kuku is relishing life in Padua, Italy, where he is waxing strong as a professional bodybuilder.
Sports247 gathered that Kuku, who grew up in Ebute Metta area of Lagos and was a devout member of late Pastor Moses Iloh’s church within the community, has featured in many high-profile bodybuilding contests and won many laurels since taking up the ‘iron pumping’ sport in 2013.

The former student of Lagos City College, Ado Ekiti University and CFP Cameron Rossi in Italy, used DVN1 Amazon in Padova as a platform to launch his advent into bodybuilding in the early days, then backed it up with a certificate in Reparatore Athletica Coaching online.
The pint-sized former footballer, who recites ‘motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going’ as his mission statement, is now rated as a personal trainer in bodybuilding and recently gained endorsements with two leading sports wellness brands in Italy.
The first brand is Yamamoto Italia, which deals in sports supplements like proteins, amino acids and other health products; while the second is FitActive Padova clothing brand.
A promotional message by FitActive revealed it is a sports kit making outfit which provides ‘size-inclusive options that empower individuals of all shapes and sizes to move with freedom.’
