FIBA 3×3 World Tour Unveils Thrilling 15-stop Season, Promises Spectacular Global Showdown

The International Basketball Federation FIBA 3×3 World Tour is set to return with a thrilling 15-stop season, promising fans around the globe an unforgettable journey.

Following a successful 2023 season, the upcoming season will showcase the best in urban team sport and engage with fans in unprecedented ways.

The FIBA 3×3 World Tour will span four continents, featuring 15 stunning locations for an action-packed season.

Utsunomiya, Japan, known for its passionate basketball culture, will host the inaugural event on April 27-28, kicking off the season for the third consecutive year.

“3×3 fans can witness world-class action and entertainment in fifteen stunning locations around the world,” said Alex Sanchez, 3×3 Managing Director.

“Thanks to our strong partnerships with these incredible cities, we’re confident this year’s World Tour will break new records.

Each location brings its unique flavour to the tour, promising an incredible experience for both players and fans alike.’’

1. Utsunomiya Opener (April 27-28)
2. Marseille Masters (May 31 – June 1)
3. Ulaanbaatar Masters (June 8-9)
4. Chengdu Masters (June 22-23)
5. Edmonton Masters (July 6-7)
6. Lausanne Masters (August 16-17)
7. Debrecen Masters (August 31 – September 1)
8. Shanghai Masters (September 21-22)
9. Wuxi Masters (October 6-7)
10. Macau Masters (October 19-20)
11. Abu Dhabi Masters (October 26-27)
12. Manama Masters (November 7-8)
13. Shenzhen Masters (November 16-17)
14. Hong Kong Masters (November 23-24)
15. World Tour Final (December)

The exact location and dates of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Final 2023 will be announced at a later stage. More announcements and information will be shared ahead of the season.

“Last year’s events generated an incredible 1.1 billion views across all FIBA 3×3 platforms,” said Alex Sanchez.

“These numbers reflect the global passion and ever-growing demand for our sport, and we’re eager to build on that success in 2024.”

A first list of Challengers, 3×3’s international qualifiers, will be released in February.

Ub Huishan NE (SRB) won the 12th edition of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour last December in Jeddah (KSA).
