FC One Rocket Captain, Ugochukwu Obiri Joins Rangers International FC

FC One Rocket has announced that an agreement has been reached with Rangers International FC of Enugu for the transfer of the club captain, Ugochukwu Obiri.

Obiri joins Rangers on a three-year deal until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

The defensive midfielder, who joined FC One Rocket from FC Bethel of Lagos, spent three seasons with the Indomitable, captaining the team in the last two seasons, and was instrumental in FC One Rocket’s run to the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 playoff last season.

Obiri has been a leader on and off the pitch during his time with FC One Rocket and represented the badge with so much commitment and we wish him the best at his new club.

He has since linked up with his new teammates at Rangers. He is expected to make his competitive debut soon.
