FC Cincinnati Star, Fanendo Adi Looking To Go Into Management

Former Portland Timber Striker, Fanendo Adi who is currently in Nigeria on vacation was at the Nnamdi Azikwe stadium, Enugu to cheer his home town team, Lobi Stars in the CAF Champions League.

The previously invited Super Eagle player who had earlier made some promises to the team went on to fulfill them with his gift reward to the tune of two million Naira (N2,000,000.00) for the two goals scored and qualification that was secure.

Speaking to sports247.ng after the game, Fanendo Adi said, “I came to support my state team and fulfill my promise if the met the criteria and thankfully they.”

The Striker who said only a big move would see him consider a move away from the MLS when asked what his plans were for the future said, “Education is very vital especially in my family and more so because I do not expect to play beyond thirty-five so I have something else planned. I will go into management once I retire.”

Only time will tell if Adi would have as good a career as an administrator as he did as a player but if he continues to fulfill promises in the manner in which he did to the Lobi Stars players one expects him to be a massive success.
