Fatai Olayinka praises Brazilian Rafael Everton

The Team Manager of Vandrezzer FC of Akwa Ibom, Alh. Fatai Olayinka has described Brazilian Manager Rafael Everton as one of the best in the Nigerian League.

The Brazilian tactician who has managed top clubs like FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Abia Warriors and most recently Akwa United joined NNL side Vandrezzer FC at the beginning of the 2020 season and has done well so far.

The experienced and well travelled football administrator revealed to Family United By Football, an ever blazing and ever flaming whatsApp sports platform that, it took a lot of underground studies for Vandrezzer to achieve its present status today.

“We employed some breathtaking strategies in studying some well established football clubs in Europe, we dissected them holistically and we applied the same thing in Vandrezzer.

“We are determined to change the face of football administrations in Nigeria by adding something positive. Our coaches and backroom staffs have been scheduled to take alot of courses in Europe, we believe this would make everyone a better personnel.

“Rafael Everton has been doing a fantastic job since the time he arrived, those people watching out style of play know that, we are playing with flair and the positive attitudes of our lads are very commendable.” Alh. Olayinka who was the Secretary of Dolphins FC from 2001 through 2008 told FUBF.

The Lagos born administrator who was made the General Manager of Iwuanyanwu Nationale now Heartland FC of Owerri from1999 through 2001 further disclosed that a lot of equipments have been purchased to further help maintained the innovations and sporting standard in the state.

“We are turning the club into a model side, some equipments have been shipped in to further help our course. Our players too have seen great prospects with us and are very determined to stay despite the contentious assumptions making waves in the media.

“The owner of the club is striving hard to ensure that stakeholders, fans and players has something to fall back on when the football finally returns.” Olayinka who was with Almar FC as the General Coordinator before he was named the Team Manager of Vandrezzer FC in 2019 concluded.
