ETEBO URGES FANS TO STAY AT HOME AND BE SAFE AS HE DOES GIVE AWAY ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Super Eagles hardworking midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo is one of the numerous players of the round leather game who see it very important for authorities of the beautiful game to stop the game and focus on safety in this trying times the world is going through.

Though things are not quite easy on members of the public, especially in a country like Nigeria where about 80% of its citizens leave on a daily pay from businesses but there is still need for a total lock down in order to cub the spread of the killer virus.

Etebo took to his instagram page to urge his fans to stay at home and remain safe. He also added that he knows things are not easy but safety is very important at this period.

Encouraging his fans to stay at home home, he decided to do a giveaway to the first ten followers to like the account @isietebo “hello guys, I know things are difficult for everyone now but just stay at home and be safe so first ten persons to like and follow @ isietebo gets money. Drop your account ASAP let’s go.” he retorted.

Oghenekaro Etebo has been a strong and generous midfielder on the pitch and also replicates this quality off the pitch. Little wonder he excels in his career lately. The 24-year-old is currently on loan to Spanish side Getafe from England outfit Stoke City. He had made 6 appearances since joining the side.

Etebo signed for £6.35 million from Feirense on a five-year deal as he revealed that he turned down offers from premiere league clubs before joining Stoke. He made a total of 45 appearances and scored 2 goals in two seasons for Stoke.

In January 2020 Etebo joined La Liga side Getafe on loan for the reminder of the 2019/2020 season with an option to purchase.
