Superfly’s Veteran Kelvin Aigbe led his team back into the game with occasional outburst in search of the equaliser but KG Defense marshalled by Jude Obi, and Joshua Moses kept calm and strugg off Superfly attack.

Frank saw his shot narrowly wide and Substitute Joseph Ukah’s shot with his weaker foot did little to trouble Superfly goalkeeper in the 30th and 35th minute as KG Pushed forward to seek for more goals.

The Coach Samuel Okonkwo tutored side doubled the lead after Emnanuel Emefiele toe poked the cross from Thompson Iyare just 3 minutes before the interval.

Kelvin combined well with Ubaka and Ifeanyi while former Ihuyase defender Nnamdi held on stronger to curtail the impact of Frank Markson and Joseph Ukah at the other end.

KG Defender Big Do was sent off in the 68th minute for descent thus adding more pressure on the Acadeny boys but the best chance of the half came to Peter Azuanuka and the Substitute shot went sky bound and missed the chance to add the icing on the cake for the KG Boys.
