Ejidike advise Muslims to use Ramadan as period of sober reflections

Nigeria’s Pillar of Sports, High Chief Donatus Agu Ejidike, JP, has advised Nigerian muslim faithfuls to take advantage of the Ramadan fasting period to reflect on the prevailing conditions in the world.

Speaking with journalists, the amiable businessman and sports enthusiast enjoined muslim faithfuls, stakeholders and sports lovers, to use the 30 days fasting period to supplicate and pray to God for His mercies upon the world.

” The sports world and indeed, the whole world is facing dire consequences and turbulence due to the ravaging coronavirus pandemic. These are, indeed, times for sober reflections. And we must join our muslim brothers and sisters in prayers to God for His mercies upon us.

Ejidike, a multiple award winning philanthropist and board member of Karate Federation of Nigeria, further admonished Nigerians to follow laid down government orders and health directives.
While also expressing confidence that the world would survive the pandemic, and come out better and stronger.
