According to the news emanating from social media that Taraba State and Oyo State have been disqualified from the National Sports Festival, I want to bring to your notice that Both Taraba and as well as Oyo state have not been disqualified as they were only asked to follow the guidelines of Covid 19 to ensure they can be part of the prestigious tournament.
In line with this, both Taraba and Oyo Stated have fulfilled all the procedures and ensured that team Taraba and Team Oyo athletes pass through all the guidelines of covid 19, Hence, They will be part of the National Sports Festival.
Kindly ignore any form of a report that does not have a fact about the National Sports Festival that is about to commence.
Note that, team Taraba and Team Oyo are presently in Benin to be part of the National Sports Festival that will commence on Tuesday dated 6th April 2021.
