Arsenal of England dazzler, Eberechi Eze has every cause to be grateful to God for saving him from likely effects of a fall in Milan, Italy, as he stumbled after stepping on electrical cables of a television crew.

Sports247 reports that Eze was in the Italian city for Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League clash with Inter Milan, but his impact was apparently affected by thoughts of what could have followed had he fallen before the game.
As The Gunners walked through the corridors at San Siro, Eze tripped on a cable which was taped to the ground and nearly fell over, but recovered quickly and gave an embarrassed smile at the camera crew.
Although he eventually got a starting role for Arsenal in the game, the former Queens Park Rangers and Crystal Palace sensation could not enacted a top grade performance, even as The Gunners won 3-1.
Eze is now back at Emirates Stadium and resumed training with the squad on Friday after two days off, which gave him enough time to recover from what could have been a freak accident.
The Nigerian-born England international was surely delighted with the time off that was announced by Arsenal’s coach, Mikel Arteta when The Gunners returned from Milan on Wednesday morning.
That gave him an opportunity to further regain his composure and stabilize himself ahead of this weekend’s potentially explosive clash with Manchester United in the English Premier League.
Eze and his colleagues will have to brace themselves for an immense physical challenge, as the match in Milan was The Gunners’ fourth consecutive away game – after trips to Portsmouth, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest.
Arteta reckoned that the players needed two days off after their gruelling run of four away games in a row and they will have to line out on home turf this Sunday when they welcome United at Emirates.
Sports247 reports further that Eze and his colleagues in the EPL table-toppers will also have to ward off any form of complacency, as their victory over Intar on Tuesday gave them a spot in the UCL’s last 16.
