HENRY ONYEKURU

Henry Onyekuru scored the winning goal in the 64th minute as Galatasaray clinched their 22nd Turkish Super Ligue title with a 2-1 win over Basaksehir on Sunday.

The Everton loanee was on for the entire duration of their deciding clash with second-placed Basaksehir.

BRIGHT EDOMWONYI

The former Sturm Graz striker scored his fifth goal of the season in the Austrian league when his 55th minute strike broke the deadlock in Austria Wein’s 2-0 victory over visiting Wolfsberger.

His club Austria Wein are fourth on the log with 27 points from 31 games.

IMOH EZEKIEL

The 2018 Olympic Bronze medallist was on target in the 18th minute of Kortrijk’s 4-0 demolition of Cercle Brugge.

With the emphatic victory, Kortrijk are first on the Belgian Playoff table with 24 points from ten games while Cercle Brugge are placed sixth on the log with seven points from the same number of matches.

TAIWO AWONIYI

Taiwo Awoniyi was on target twice in Royal Excel Mouscron’s 2-4 defeat at the hands of visiting Waasland Beveren. The Nigeria International scored the first in the 34th minute before completing his brace in the 71st minute.

The Liverpool loanee has scored four goals in seven matches in the Belgian Championship Playoff leaving Mouscron in 5th position with eight points.

LUKMAN ZAKARI

Former Golden Eaglets defender Lukman Zakari got his first two goals for Latvia-side, FC Metta against hosts, Nauris Bulvitis.

Lukman got the first 18 minutes into the game and completed his double in the 90th minute.

MICHAEL BABATUNDE

Michael Babatunde found the back of the net in the 82nd minute of Wydad Casablanca’s 2-2 draw against Ittihad Tanger.

SONE ALUKO

Former Hull-City midfielder Sone Aluko could not help his side Beijing Renhe avoid a 3-1 defeat to Guangzhou R&F despite his goal.

TOSIN AIYEGUN

Ventspils were held to a 2-2 draw in front of their home fans by third place Valmierafk in the Latvian league over the weekend and 20-year-old Nigerian Tosin Aiyegun was among the goalscorers.

Tosin who has played 12 games for Ventspils this season has scored 6 goals in the league and a goal in the UEFA Europa League.
