Dr Nwokie Inaugurates Ikuku Oma Mbaise Unity Cup 2020 Organizing Committee

The 2020 Ikuku Ọma Mbaise Unity Cup organising committee led by Hon Julius Nnaji has been inaugurated by the chief sponsor and vision bearer, Dr Summers V. C. Nwokie (Aka ji Ikuku 1)

Performing the inauguration at his country home, Ezeagbogu Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA of Imo State, Dr Nwokie charged the members who are drawn from all parts of Mbaise, to fish out the best legs that will make Mbaise and the nation proud in the future, assuring that players discovered at the tournament will have the opportunity of taking their career to the next level.

Hon Julius Promised that his team will perform the task with all their ability to make the competition the best in the state,

32 teams will future in the competition which kicks off when COVID 19 pandemic rules barring contact sports are lifted in the country.

The event will be used to also honor deserving sports administrators who have distinguished themselves in sports administration and practice in the last decades.
