Swedish top-flight club Djurgården have invited two young Nigerian players from Ikonnekt Football Academy for trials as they look to earn a move to the club.
The two players, Usman Emmanuel Inalegwu and Longji Aaron, trained with Djurgården on Monday, according to the club’s official website.

Inalegwu is a left-footed central defender, while Aaron plays as a striker.
Both youngsters will now look to impress the coaching staff during their time with the Swedish club and earn a possible contract.
Djurgården recently strengthened their Nigerian connection by signing forward Abdul Abdulmalik from National League side Boreham Wood during the summer transfer window.
The Swedish club reportedly paid more than £1.5 million for Abdulmalik, making the transfer one of the biggest sales involving a player from the fifth tier of English football.
Several Nigerians have also represented Djurgården in the past, including Haruna Garba, Prince Ikpe Ekong and Kennedy Igboananike.
Djurgården are currently third in the Swedish top flight after 22 matches, with 41 points, 10 points behind league leaders IK Sirius.
The trials give Inalegwu and Aaron an opportunity to follow in the footsteps of other Nigerians who have played for the club and possibly begin their careers in European football.
