Destiny Udogie Makes Emotional Call For Everyone At Tottenham To ‘Stick Together’

Tottenham Hotspur’s Nigerian-born defender, Destiny Udogie has sent a highly emotional call for everyone at the club to ‘stick together,’ Sports247 reports.

The Italy international acknowledged that the London-based outfit has suffered many bad results this season in the English Premier League but stressed that they can bounce back as a united team.

In the wake of a home loss against Fulham in their last London derby, Spurs settled for a 2-2 draw with Newcastle United on Wednesday, but many of their supporters are not satisfied.

The clarion call now is on their coach from Denmark, Thomas Frank to step down, but Udogie insists it would be better if they stand united together.

Having taken just two points from the last 15 available, Spurs’ fans are not happy, but Udogie admonished that they just have to stay positive.

As the Londoners prepare for another derby, this time versus Brentford, Udogie admitted victory is imperative and the former Juventus of Italy ace believes they can achieve it by sticking together.

Udogie declared, “Definitely, we want to win every game, starting from Saturday. We will be ready.

“Every day we go to the training ground and we train together with the staff. We just have to stick together and keep going.”
