David Alaba Looks Towards MLS, Qatar, Saudi Arabia To End His Career

Real Madrid’s Nigerian-born defender, David Olatokunbo Alaba is reportedly thinking of ending his highly glorious career with a twilight deal in Unted States of America, Saudi Arabia or Qatar.

Sports247 gathered that Alaba, who was born in Austria to a Nigerian father and Philippines mother, is weighing his options after Madrid confirmed that they will not renew his contract at the end of this season.

A strong hint has emerged from Santiago Bernabeu that Los Blancos will release Alaba when his contract runs out at the end of this season.

A report out of Spain noted further, “Real Madrid’s management have informed their coach, Xabi Alonso that they do not intend to renew Alaba’s deal.

“The 33-year-old Alaba accepts the situation, but he has no plans to retire and will be open to discussing pre-contract terms with clubs abroad from January 1. Saudi Arabia, Qatar and MLS offers will all be considered from the turn of the year.”
