Walsall of England youngster, Daniel Kalu has gained superlatives from his coach at the English League Two outfit, following his goal the day when his extended loan spell with the club was confirmed.

Sports247 learnt that everybody at Walsall is excited that Kanu will not return to Charlton Athletic this month, as was planned at the onset of his loan spell, and the attacker justified the hype on Saturday.
Kanu celebrated his loan extension by notching his 14th goal of the season in all competitions, thereby leaving more accolades and hype trailing the Sierra Leone international.
The goal came in a 3-1 win at Tranmere Rovers, following which Walsall’s coach, Mat Sadler said keeping Kanu for the rest of the season is like ‘a new signing’ arriving at the club.
There had been concerns that history may repeat itself from last season, when their leading hitman, Nathan Lowe was recalled by Stoke City in January, but the League Two side’s top scorer is now staying till June.
Sadler told BBC Radio WM, “I agree with it feeling like a new signing because, with the best will in the world, when I answered questions on Daniel before, we didn’t know.
“I’d be foolish to say I wasn’t concerned because of how well he’d done, so to get that news, or no news if you like, that everything was staying status quo, it’s a boost for everybody.”
