COVID-19: SFCOBA 94Set LAUNCHES ‘STAYatHome… STAY FIT’ CAMPAIGN

Saint Finbarrs College Old-Boys Association 94set is out to ensure that even when it members are observing the sit-at-home directive by the government to curb the spread of the novel Coronavirus, they should have the opportunity of maintaining their physical fitness at all times.

To this end, UK base, Europe coordinator, Abimbola Fola-Bisuga says “in response to the Federal Government’s directive that all Lagos, Abuja and Ogun residents stay home to curb the spread of Coronavirus, SFCOBA 94set has launched a new campaign tagged ‘Stay at Home…Stay Fit’.

“While Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his team continue to lead the battle against COVID-19, “Stay at Home… Stay Fit” offers creative tips, ideas, guidance and exercise hacks which members can perform in the comfort of their homes to help keep their mental and physical health intact during the lockdown.

“We started on Wednesday 1st April with morning session of exercise between 7.30am and 9.30am, Mike Eneduwa, vice president of the Kickboxing Federation of Nigeria (KBFN) also a member of the group takes this.”

“We have be posting daily videos and graphical updates on all our social media handles on fitness regimes they can perform which will help them stay fit. The daily challenge will also be posted on a daily basis.

“The campaign aims to encourage our members to do some simple exercise this period and share 1-2 mins video and we engage each on that. Bisuga concluded.
