Covid-19: Buruj Sports Academy Applauds President Muhammadu Buhari On Approving The Reopening Of Football

Kudos to the Nigeria Government, Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, Health Workers, Sports Ministry, Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), and Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) on working tirelessly to bring football back to life.

After Six (6) months of battling with the coronavirus pandemic which has drastically affected the flow of economic activities across the globe, also with all sports activities suspended in the country that affects all sports institution most pertinently Buruj Sports Academy as it prevents them from participating in their yearly Int’l tourneys and trials this year.

Dr. Salaudeen Waheed the CEO of Buruj Sports Academy said “It been a turf time around the world but kudos to the Presidential Taskforce lead by the Coordinator Dr. Sani Aliyu, The Minister for Sports Mr. Sunday Dare, The Lagos State FA Chairman Barr. Seyi Akinwunmi and Mr. Amaju Pinnick NFF President for working tirelessly to bring sports back to life especially football.

President Muhammadu Buhari has been working to fix Nigeria’s Economy back to its status quo with a collaborative effort from Dr. Sani Aliyu on trying to curb the spread and also approving the re-opening of Football.

Mr. Sunday Dare for drafting Sports Policy as a step to assure investors on the yield on investments and also keeping youths empowered and steadfast despite the situation of the country.

All Health Workers and Health Ministries on their sacrifices to help fight the pandemic by restoring lives.

Barr. Seyi Akinwunmi 1st Vice President of NFF and Mr. Amaju Pinnick the President of NFF working hard with CAF and FIFA facilitating and clamoring on the reopening of Sports in the country.

He also urges all sports academy owners including the heads of Tertiary Institutions, Colleges and Primary Schools to ensure strict compliance to the stated guideline on averting the spread of COVID-19.” He concluded.
