COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE EMERGENCY CONGRESS OF THE NIGERIA NATIONAL LEAGUE, NNL HELD SATURDAY 30TH JANUARY AT SALT LATE HOTEL, ABAKALIKI, CAPITAL OF EBONYI STATE.
1.Congress praised the efforts of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF for the parental role have been playing in the affairs of the Nigeria National League.
2.The Congress strongly reaffirmed the Friday 15th of January,2021 earlier Draw conducted at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a majority vote of 42 to 3.
3.The Assembly unanimously agreed to a NEW kick-off date for Saturday 13th of February 2021.
4.The Emergency Congress equally upheld the abridged League format of four groups, two each from the Northern and Southern Conferences, for the 2020/2021 season.
5.Congress passed a vote of explicit confidence on the Management Management Team of Nigeria National League led by Distinguished Senator Obinna Ogba.
