Coach of Remo U19, Ajibolade olumide has stated that Coaching is all about giving directions to various individuals in Nigeria.
The Experienced Gaffer with a UEFA Coaching license said this after seeing his side defeat Valiant Fc 3-1 on Sunday at the Soccer Temple Stadium in Agege to go top of the Creative Championship League.
Reacting after the match with Sports247, when being asked how he has managed to Coach his players during this impressive run in the tournament, which has led them to top spot in the League table, he stated that it was a privilege for him to become a coach, emphasizing that Coaching is not only about results but about giving directives to various individuals in Life, because various lives could be influenced positively through coaching.
“Coaching is a learning part. It is not really about the results. It is about the human beings that you are trying to direct and give directions to in life. To me, it is a privilege to be a coach, because a lot of people can be influenced positively through coaching,” he stated.
Following the win against Valiant Fc, Remo U19 are now top of the Creative Championship League table with 15 points, while Valiant Fc are now in 2nd position with 13 points.
