The Confederation of African Football (CAF), in collaboration with the Morocco Local Organizing Committee, has announced the six stadiums that will host the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) 2024. Scheduled to take place from July 5 to 26, 2025, this edition marks the first time the tournament will utilize more than three venues, reflecting the growing prominence of women’s football on the continent.
Official Match Venues
Olympic Stadium (Rabat)
A newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility with a capacity of 21,000, situated near the historic Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium. It is also set to host matches during the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Larbi Zaouli Stadium (Casablanca)
Currently serving as the temporary home for Raja and Wydad Casablanca during renovations of Mohammed V Stadium. It underwent renovations in 2019 and has hosted matches in the TotalEnergies CAF Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
Père Jégo Stadium (Casablanca)
A 10,000-seater stadium named after the renowned Moroccan football tactician Père Jégo. It has a rich history, having been managed by both Raja and Wydad Casablanca, as well as the Morocco national team.
El Bachir Stadium (Mohammédia)
Built in 1954 and renovated in 2019, this stadium is home to SCC Mohammédia and hosted matches, including the final, during the recent TotalEnergies CAF Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
Honor Stadium (Oujda)
With a capacity of 35,000, it has hosted several international matches involving the Morocco national team and serves as a home venue for other nations’ international fixtures.
Berkane Stadium (Berkane)The 12,000-capacity home of RS Berkane, renovated in 2017, has hosted both international fixtures and matches in CAF’s Interclub competitions.

Nigeria, Tunisia, Algeria, Botswana
Group C
South Africa, Ghana, Mali, Tanzania
As the defending champions, South Africa will aim to retain their title, while Nigeria’s Super Falcons, nine-time champions, are poised for a strong performance.
CAF anticipates that the 2024 edition will surpass previous records in stadium attendance, global broadcast viewership, and digital engagement.
