He emphasizes the team’s focus on taking each match as it comes, avoiding complacency due to their unbeaten run.

“The game against Atlantic was a challenging one but the boys gave their all, and I would not want to distract the boys with an unbeaten run because like I said, we take every match as it comes.” He says.

Turning his attention to the upcoming cup game against Gbagada, Coach Ogunmoyero anticipates a challenging contest. He acknowledges Gbagada’s formidable style of play, highlighting their expertise in aerial duels and area ball tactics. Despite the expected intensity of the match, he exudes confidence in his team’s ability to secure victory.

While some of his players are dealing with injuries, Coach Ogunmoyero places great importance on their mental strength. He notes that the team’s resilience, both physically and mentally, has contributed to their excellent form and performance.

“Pertaining to the shape of the boys, physically, we are having some challenges with some injured players who are recuperating. But that would not stop us because we do not rely on the physical but the mental strength, which I know always keeps us going and has kept us in shape even to this moment.”
