British Heavyweight Boxer With Nigerian Mother Daniel Dubois Adopts Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Refrain – I’ll Be Back!

British heavyweight boxer with a mother who has Nigerian descent, Daniel ‘Dynamite’ Dubois, has adopted a refrain made popular by American actor, Arnold Schwarzengger in his famous movie, The Terminator.

The refrain, ‘I’ll be back,’ has also been used by Schwarzenegger in a number of other movies, including Terminator II and The Expendables, in which the former Carlifonia state governor acted alongside Sylvester Stallone and an ensemble of top thespians.

The refrain has now gained recognition in the boxing ring, as Dubois (aka Triple D) used it after suffering a knock-out defeat at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine.

It was the second loss the 27-year-old Dubois would suffer against Usyk, who became undisputed heavyweight boxing champion of the world, with all six major belts now in his grasp.

However, rather than throw up his hands in tepid surrender, the british heavyweight boxer, whose only other loss in the roped square was against fellow-Briton, Joe Joyce on November 27, 2020, declared emphatically that he will bounce back better.

“I gave everything I had, but it was not good enough. Probably fatigue showed up, and he tied it up very well. It’s his time on the bumper, but I’ll be back!

“I was trying to pick up round-by-round, but it is what it is. I’ll be back,” declared Dubois, who initially won the IBF belt when he defeated fellow-Nigerian-born Brit, Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua with a fifth round knockout on September 21, 2024.
