Box2Box FC are through to the final of the Legend Cup tournament after defeating Charlesann Fc 1-0 in the first Semifinal game of the Legend Cup tournament played at the Soccer Temple Stadium in Agege, Lagos State.
Coach of Box2Box Fc, Reuben Randy admitted after the Semifinal victory, in an interview with Sports247, when being asked the strategy behind his team’s success all through the tournament and now into the final, he said it was simply because he loves to play good and entertaining football, as that was always his style.
“We always love to play good football, because it’s all about good football. When we even win and we don’t play good football, we are not happy about it. So most of the time, we love to play good football, because we are preparing this guy to play abroad. So for them to play well Abroad, we need to prepare them for the abroad system, so that’s what we do here in Box2Box”.
With that 1-0 Semifinal victory over Charlesann Fc, Box2box Fc are now set to take on Bethel Fc on Wednesday in the Final of the 2020 Legend Cup tournament, after Bethel Fc defeated Dannaz Fc 5-3 on penalties after the scores were leveled at 2-2 in fulltime.
