Bayelsa Queens Appoints Domo Okara Acting Technical Adviser, Wish Moses Aduku well in Edo Queens

The Management of Bayelsa Queens FC has announced the appointment of Coach Domo Okara as the acting Technical Adviser of the team following the resignation of former Coach Moses Aduku to Edo Queens FC.

This was contained in a statement released by Club Secretary Mrs Grace Alagoa on behalf of the Board of Bayelsa Queens and signed by Chairman Pastor Robin Apreala.

The Management of Bayelsa Queens had earlier assigned Coach Domo Okara as acting Technical Adviser role in the absence of the former Technical Adviser Moses Aduku who had gone on National duties with the U-20 Women team, Falconets.

The new acting Technical Adviser Domo Okara was in charge of Bayelsa Queens at the Besty Obaseki pre season tournament in Benin City where the won the trophy.

The America trained Domo Okara also called the shot at Bayelsa Queens and qualified the team for the. NWFL Super 6 before Moses Aduku came back from National duties.

The Management of Bayelsa Queens however thanked the former Technical Adviser for the cordial working relationship which saw the team win two NWFL titles and one AITEO Cup between 2018 to 2022.

The Management equally thanked the Bayelsa State Governor Senator Douye Diri and his Deputy Senator Lawrence Erwujakpo as well as the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Dr Daniel Baralade Igali for the massive support given to the team as the intensify preparation for the CAF Champions League WAFU-B playoff in Cote D’Ivoire next month.

Meanwhile, Bayelsa Queens will continue their preparations for the continental show piece with a warm up friendly against the National U-20 team Falconets in Abuja with a double header before heading for a tour of the West Africa coast for more Friendly matches.

Pastor Robin Apreala also call on well meaning Nigerians and Bayelsans to rally round the team to see the Prosperity girls excell and continue to bring glory to the state.
