Another heated reaction has hit confirmation of a December 19th fight between former world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua and social media influencer, Jake Paul, Sports247 reports.
The latest swipe comes from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) former bantamweight champion, Sean O’Malley, who fears Paul could get brain damage from the bout in Miami, USA.

O’Malley took to his YouTube channel to express his fears about Paul’s safety after seeing him stand toe-to-toe with Joshua last week.
O’Malley said: “Did you see the size difference between them? Did you see how huge that guy is? 6’6, 265. This fight, as a friend of Jake is like, I’m scared.
“Getting knocked out by someone like that changes lives. Bad concussions are scary. You have one brain, and he’s willing to go out there and fight. That is absolutely insane. It scares me.”
Despite Joshua having to shed weight in order to meet Paul’s status and make their contest official, the former champ is a heavyweight and still in his prime.
Therefore, Paul enters the Miami showdown as a considerable underdog, and O’Malley fears for his friend’s safety.
On his part, fast-rising heavyweight contender, Moses Itauma told BBC Sport: “Jake Paul needs to fire his advisers – people that tell him to make these fights, because that’s not good. Obviously, there’s making money, but it’s just absurd.
“I like Jake Paul, and I’m not saying he shouldn’t take the fight. I just feel that he needs to weigh the outcome. Personally, if I were Jake Paul’s brother, I’d be very worried.”
