AMAPRO Joins Hand with EyeBall to Lift Youth Football With Technology

In a bid to further showcase Nigerian football talents to the global market, the AMAPRO Football Championship has signed a collaboration agreement with EyeBall, a renowned technological and performance data company.

The landmark partnership was announced on Tuesday by Shogo Shodunnke, the brain behind the AMAPRO tournament.

According to Shodunnke, the collaboration is necessary as both parties share a similar vision of giving visibility to young football talents and facilitating their development.

He added that EyeBall’s top-class quality in harnessing talents using emerging technologies makes the AMAPRO Football Championship the ideal platform to provide opportunities for untapped Nigerian talents to sprout and advance youth games.

“As you know, the AMAPRO Football Championship is organized to bridge the gap between professional and amateur footballers, providing young talents with a platform to accelerate their progression,” Shodunnke explained.

“Collaborating with a renowned organization like EyeBall will enable us to achieve this goal in multiple ways.

“Most participating clubs in the AMAPRO tournament require global visibility, and their players crave a platform to showcase their skills and improve their game to attract bigger opportunities.

“We are confident that this partnership will yield positive outcomes for both parties.”

EyeBall is a world-renowned digital platform for youth football, connecting professional and amateur football communities through emerging technologies.

It specializes in generating a trusted database for players, analyzing their performance for prospective scouts, and serving as a hub for players and coaches to develop themselves and track their progress.

The 2025 AMAPRO Football Championship is scheduled to take place between 7th and 13th July in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Abraysports FC won the last edition of the tournament, beating NPFL All Stars in the final.
