
Abdul-Raheem and Abdul-Jamal Aloba, two rising stars from the Aston Villa Academy, faced off in a memorable youth tournament final in Birmingham over the weekend, highlighting a unique family moment on the pitch.
Abdul-Raheem, the younger of the two, helped his team win the final with a composed and disciplined performance, while his older brother, Abdul-Jamal, was named Player of the Tournament for his outstanding individual contributions throughout the competition.

The brothers’ parents were in attendance to witness the special occasion, which saw both sons honored in different ways on the same day.
The Alobas are part of a growing footballing family. Their eldest brother is currently involved in preseason training with Aston Villa’s first team, while another sibling continues to develop at West Bromwich Albion’s U15 level.
All four brothers are eligible to represent Nigeria internationally and are seen as exciting prospects for the future.
Their performances in Birmingham have further underlined the depth of talent emerging from both the Aston Villa Academy and the Aloba household.
