Alampasu Celebrates Career revival after Seven months of no action

Formerly of Ceasarense and Estoril in Portugal, Dele Alampasu revealed his happiness with the new contract while sharing the news on his Instagram page.

” I am very happy and grateful to God for this new beginning, it’s been tense, tough months for me, the support was immense from people, they didn’t give up on me, I am overwhelmed”, he posted.

Former Golden Eaglets goal stopper, Dele Alampasu joined Fk Ventspils in the Latvia Higher league after several months of layoff.

The former Feirense man was part of the Nigerian team that won the 2013 FIFA U-17 world cup, fourth world Cup trophy with Dele scooping the Golden glove award that year.

Alampasu has never featured for the senior team since his senior debut for Nigeria as a 70th-minute substitution, against Togo in a 3-0 victory in June 1, 2017.
