“Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in the world,” Adams said.
According to the Nigerian forward, the club holds a special place in the hearts of many football fans in Nigeria, especially those who grew up watching the English Premier League.
“Growing up in Nigeria, Manchester United was one of the clubs every kid knew about,” he explained.
Adams noted that watching the club’s success during his childhood played a significant role in shaping his ambitions as a professional footballer.
“It is a club with a great history and a lot of success, and many players dream of playing there,” he added.
Despite his admiration for the English giants, Adams emphasized that his current focus remains on continuing to develop and perform well for his present club.
“Right now my focus is on improving and doing well where I am,” he said.
The Nigerian striker also acknowledged that reaching a club of Manchester United’s stature requires consistent performances and hard work.
“You have to keep working hard and performing well if you want to reach that level,” he stated.
Adams has been steadily building his reputation in Europe with his physical presence, goal-scoring ability and strong attacking play, attributes that have already attracted attention from several clubs.
While the dream of playing at Old Trafford remains in the future, the forward believes dedication and patience will help him achieve his ambitions.
“If you keep working and believing, anything is possible in football,” Adams concluded.
