This is sequel to information out of The Land of The Armada, that the coach of Akor and Ejuke has been hit with the biggest La Liga suspension in 12 years after a furious spat with a referee.
It is another massive blow for Akor and Ejuke, as their side is already engulfed in a dangerous battle against relegation under the 52-year-old Almeyda, and they are only two points above Real Mallorca in the drop zone.
The report adds, “The LaLiga outfit’s work became even tougher on Saturday after an intense 1-1 draw with Alaves at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. Almeyda was sent off after furiously protesting a decision made by referee Iosu Galech.
“Tensions flared after the Argentinean tactician got on the ref’s face and repeatedly yelled, ‘Why are you sending me off?’ That led to a staggering SEVEN-game ban for the Sevilla boss from LaLiga chiefs.”
