Aigbogun hints on new faces for Flying Eagles

Flying Eagles coach, Paul Aigbogun has explained that he will be bringing in some new players into the Flying Eagles despite the good works done by the current players who did well in qualifying the team for next year’s Africa U20 Championship.

Aigbogun said this is to ensure that there is competition in the team and so that those who did well during the qualifiers will not see their return as a routine thing.

“The technical crew has perfected plans for a fruitful and successful camping ahead of the Africa U20 Championship,” Paul Aigbogun began in a chat with Sports247.ng.

“We hope to beef up the team with new talents which will give room for competition for those who were with us during the qualifiers.”

“It’s a continuous process as we build a team that Nigerians will be proud of. The U20 team is the reservoir of the senior team. So we will try to mould the team to face future challenges.”
