Agbor Township Stadium Host SC Ivory Coast Scouting Games

A one day scouting tournament was held at the Agbor Township Stadium with 5 teams taking part under the watchful eyes of Ivory Coast based Football Agent/ Scout.

KG sports Academy, Soccer Stars, Ultimate stars, Uriel FA and Sharp Strikers all took part in a round robin playoffs.

The games were played in 30 minutes each half. KG sports defeated Uriel FA 2-1 and then played a 0-0 draw against Soccer Stars. Sharp Strikers edged Soccer Stars 1-0 and Uriel with the same score like before Ultimate Stars played out 0-0 draw with Soccer Stars.

At the end of the scouting, Victor Agoh of KG Sports was picked by the scout for further consideration while Alloy Godstime and John Paul of Ultimate stars were selected to join Excellent U17 team that will be going to Ivory coast for an international tournament in August.

According to the tournament Facilitator, Coach Johnbull Onome of Excellent Football Club he was impressed with the performance of the teams and urged the handlers to work more on their technical and tactical abilities.

“Not a Bad Tournament and was good Organization every thing went well, But the player’s need to work hard. They have to improve on their kicking and following up”

The KG Sports academy and Uriel FC will head to Ughelli To take part in the LAST TEAM Standing Scouting tournament from July 10th – 14th.
