Speaking after the Super Eagles completed a flawless group-stage campaign in Morocco, Ejuke said the players are pleased with the work done so far but understand that the real test begins in the Round of 16.

The winger noted that the team has shown discipline, unity and consistency in executing the coach’s instructions, adding that this collective commitment has been key to Nigeria’s strong start to the tournament.

Ejuke emphasized that the Super Eagles are not getting carried away by early success, explaining that the focus remains on repeating the same process that has delivered results—strong preparation, clear tactical execution and total commitment from every player.

He added that the players trust the technical crew and are fully buying into the ideas being implemented, which has helped create balance and confidence within the squad.

Nigeria will face Mozambique in the Round of 16 on 5 January in Fès, and Ejuke believes maintaining focus and discipline will be crucial as the Super Eagles aim to progress deeper into AFCON 2025.
